This small seminar will give you a rare opportunity to learn about the inspiring spiritual wisdom of the Bulgarian sage Beinsa Douno (Peter Deunov, 1864-1944) and to dance the sacred Paneurhythmy for which he composed the sublime music and choreographed the harmonious and healing movements. The programme outlined below will include talks, dance and movement, films, outings, walks, swimming and of course rest and relaxation. We will visit the nearby Troubadour castle and museum at Puivert and climb up to the Cathar fortress of Montsegur, which is only half an hour away. We will also visit the picturesque Mirepoix market. The comfortable accommodation in the house is in twin and double rooms with their own bathrooms. Food is vegetarian and I will make sure there is some good wine on hand for those who like a glass (charged at cost). The price of 750 euros includes full board with vegetarian food for seven nights, and registration.
